Slow Motion Exercise Classes

 

LifeFIT’s Brighton Gym Classes are all you need to get stronger / lose weight in 30 minutes a week. By attending one of our slow motion strength training sessions, you’ll receive a full body workout supervised by one of expert slow motion trainers. Each session is designed with individual training goals in mind, in a relaxed small group setting (limited to 5 people). Our trainers will also monitor your process to help you receive the best results possible.
