LifeFIT’s Brighton Gym classes are all you need to get stronger / lose weight in 30 minutes a week. By attending one of our slow motion strength training sessions, you’ll receive a full body workout supervised by an expert slow motion trainer.
Each session is designed with individual training goals in mind, in a relaxed small group setting (limited to 8 people). Our trainers will also monitor your progess to help you receive the best results possible.
With every class you'll receive a full body workout, covering 8-10 exercises.
