I got into health and fitness about 5 years ago, and now I'm pleased to be making the transition from hobby to career. I'm currently a Level 2 fitness instructor and working towards my Level 3 this year. However I have plans to become a Level 4 specialist in back care.
As a trainer I am focused on creating sustainable fitness and eating habits. I have struggled with my weight and suffer from IBS. I have battled with fad diets and exercising with little results but now I know how to maintain a balanced diet and create a fitness plan tailored to my own goals with the results I desire.
As someone who can relate to most people's fitness journey's, I am committed to helping you achieve your goals while having some fun along the way.
