What is Slow Motion Training?

The slow-motion strength training is designed to be done in just 30 minutes to obtain similar results to going to a traditional gym.
Ideal for:
  • People who want to maintain fitness with less time
  • Programs to suit old and young
  • Any level of fitness
There is also a lowered risk of injury through this training method as the impact on joints is low but it maintains the high intensity your muscles require.

“I have been training with Ben for just over a year, twice a week. My strength has improved immensely which has a great effect on my back, which used to be weak and painful. Ben is a fantastic PT, really knowledgable about anatomy and injuries so sessions with him are safe. He gets me working much harder than I would if working out alone, and its fun! I highly recommend him”

“Great personal training team. Hard work but a lot of laughs. Good results.”

“I’ve had a couple of ARX sessions to date plus some weekly group resistance training with Ben. Already in just 6 weeks I feel so much stronger… (to be honest I didn’t know my own strength until I stepped on the ARX machine!) Ben is a brilliant trainer, super motivating, knows when to push you (and how hard) but will have a laugh too!”
