Getting started can often be the hardest step you take.
This is a 12 week programme designed to start your fitness journey.
You just need to commit to two x 30 minute sessions a week.
You can choose either personal training or classes.
You will get a complete introduction into slow motion strength training showing you how to save time at the gym, have more energy and rock your 202? (whatever year lockdown ends).
